Thanksgiving Thoughts

With Thanksgiving tomorrow, keep your thoughts fixated on the big picture still...

Don't focus on overeating because it looks so good. The first bite will taste exactly like the last bite. Focus on how it will feel when you reach that smaller pant size.

Don't stress over the toxic people you are forced to be around. Focus on the reflection you see and the kind of person you want to be.

.

Thanksgiving is not an excuse to gorge yourself. You can still enjoy the foods and desserts and be satisfied. Get out of the "all or nothing" mentality.

.

Focus on the NSV's you are going to conquer in the coming days, weeks and months

.

Focus on clothes fitting right and your growing confidence

.

Focus on having control over your life and choosing which foods you want to eat. There is always an opportunity to overeat and overindulge but its powerful to make the choice for yourself to limit but still enjoy.

Food no longer controls you. You control Food.
